How can we help?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email to track the status of your shipment.

All products are shipped from our lab in La Jolla, CA, where we create, formulate and manufacture all our products. We ship using USPS standard mail, and we offer FREE shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

At the moment, we only ship to Canada and the United States. For international orders, please get in touch with us through our Contact Us form.

Orders typically take 1-7 business days to ship. We ship only on Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Any order placed after 12 pm. PST will be processed the following business day. For remote locations, please add an additional 2-5 business days to your shipping method’s expected delivery time.

You will need to contact USPS, as they are our chosen carrier. When you contact them, please make sure you have the tracking number handy so they can look it up for you and provide more information about its status and location. If USPS is unable to locate your package, please email us directly at info@goodessentials.com.

If you have a retail store or would like to make Good Essentials products available in your workplace or for your clients, please get in touch! We love partnering with other businesses and we offer wholesale discounts to retailers.

We set out to create products and solutions that are essential for your skin, health and lifestyle, now more than ever. If you’re not completely satisfied with your products, we’ll accept any full-sized product for a return (no exchanges), as long as it is at least half full and received within 30 days of initial purchase. Please see our return policy for more details.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on any items.

Kits, sets, bundles or duos are only eligible for returns if all of the items in the kit, set, bundle or duo are included in the return. Returns received that are not in compliance with our return policy will be held for 7 days until we receive the return form. If received outside the 30-day return timeframe, products will be returned to the sender at their expense or donated.
